Inspired by author, Renée Dinnerstein and her book Choice Time, DSHK Vice Principal Dr. Nancy Du recently completed the translation of the book which was published by Beijing Normal University Publishing Group. Dr. Du’s professional knowledge and deep understanding of early literacy instruction, coupled with her work alongside Ms. Dinnerstein, allowed her the ability to create a text beyond a simple translation. This book is a powerful guide for all teachers, helping them establish true child-centered classrooms. It is our hope that this text will continue to inspire our Dalton team and our Chinese colleagues around the world!
