DSHK is embarking on an exciting journey to create its own version of the Changemaker curriculum with the invaluable guidance of the Think Learning Studio, which originated at the Think Global School (recently named to the Spear’s Top 100 index). By weaving together five key principles and building upon the foundation and ethos of our school, DSHK is poised to empower its students as changemakers in a rapidly evolving world.
- Educator-Guided Curriculum:
At the heart of DSHK’s curriculum lies a robust, educator-guided framework that integrates project-based and core-subject learning. By combining these approaches, students are encouraged to explore and apply knowledge in meaningful ways, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The curriculum is designed to provide a solid foundation across core subjects while allowing flexibility for interdisciplinary connections, promoting a holistic understanding of the world. - Personal Projects and Electives:

In designing DSHK’s version of the Changemaker curriculum, it is essential that we continue to promote Chinese culture and provide meaningful place-based immersion opportunities. By integrating Chinese traditions, language, history, and arts, students develop a deep appreciation for the richness and diversity of Chinese heritage.
